Why we built this
Moses Lake has been short on quality townhome inventory for years. As the population has grown and as more people have moved here for jobs at Group14, Sila, Genie, Samaritan Healthcare, and Big Bend Community College, the supply hasn't kept pace.
We built Marina Shore Villas to help close that gap — to add affordable, accessible, well-built rental housing for the people who actually call Moses Lake home. 56 brand-new 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes, lakefront, at price points that working households can live at without compromising on quality.
